The project is a partnership between Shoma Group, Zyscovich Architects, responsible for the architecture, and the designer Charles Allem, located just a short walk from Lincoln Road in South Beach.
Miami Beach’s first beach-inspired residential development is a collection of eleven houses combining the casual spirit of beach houses with the prestige and elegance of Miami.
“Beach houses capture the spirit of the coastline with all the luxury, style and sophistication of Miami houses”, says the President of Shoma Group, Masoud Shojaee.
The eleven homes range from 4,403 to 4,669 square feet (not counting exterior terraces and balconies) and are designed with sand, stone and ceramic materials.
11 On Lenox will offer many luxurious amenities: private garage, four parking spaces, private elevator, roof terrace between 772 and 1,146 square meters with kitchen, private pool, Poliform kitchen with Gaggenau brand appliances, custom bathroom, plus an intelligent lighting system that mimics the rhythm of the days.
“We are confident that Eleven on Lenox, our first residential project in Miami Beach, will raise the quality of real estate offer in South Beach with first class amenities that few projects in the neighborhood have presented so far”, adds Masoud Shojaee.
