Turkish Airlines has great news! In addition to Bali, Indonesia, which has a direct flight from Istanbul in 2019, the debut of the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner in the airline’s fleet is also great news.
According to the evaluation by Brand Finance, one of the world’s leading independent consultancy organizations (brand and strategy evaluation), the “Most Valuable Brand of Turkey”, once again, reinforces its leadership position and strategy of becoming the best airline in the world, flying to more countries than any other.
Over the next four years, Turkish Airlines expects to incorporate thirty new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft into its fast-growing young fleet. In addition to fuel efficiency, new design, custom Business Class cabins and new technologies, the 787-9 will open new routes in addition to the 311 destinations in 124 countries.
The airline’s Dreamliner has a capacity of 300 passengers, including 270 economy class seats and 30 executive seats. The onboard experience is much quieter and unique – in Business Class, for example, the modern 1-2-1 layout offers passengers more privacy and comfort. In July, the debut flight has departed from Istanbul to Antalya. The first international route with the new aircraft had Bali as its destination. Following, flights to London, Dubai, Washington DC, New York, Atlanta, Mexico City, Amsterdam, Panama City, among others, will be next with the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. And by the end of August, six aircraft will be active and operating international routes.
Focusing on providing memorable travel experiences, Turkish Airlines presents the new amenity kits developed in partnership with Versace and Mandarina Duck. For the passengers flying Business, the new kit includes socks, earplugs, sleep mask, warning stickers, Versace lipstick, hand lotion, face tonic and hair clips. They are available in many colors. In economy class, kits are signed by Mandarina Duck, with sleep mask, socks, earplugs, lip balm, toothbrush and dental cream. Widen Your World!
