After four years of construction, One Monte-Carlo is the newest attraction opened in Monaco, a project combining luxury apartments, shopping, gastronomy, culture and business.
The area offers 60,000 m², located around the Promenade Princesse Charlène, a new pedestrian zone with prominent vegetation and seven buildings. The district incorporates the best of Monte-Carlo Société dês Bains de Mer expertise, with the aim of becoming the most exclusive destination in Europe.
There are 24 international brand boutiques. Among them are Cartier, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Fendi and Prada. One Monte-Carlo provides an exceptional shopping experience, since customers can find everything from haute couture to jewelery and watches. The windows hold attention from so far with limited edition products, artwork and special decoration.
At Place du Casino, this venture is a haven of peace for residents. There are more than 37 sophisticated apartments ranging from 60 m² to 180 m², and six of them occupy three floors with private pools and up to six bedrooms. Who signs the interior design is Bruno Moinard, along with Claire Betaille, who chose to pay homage, with materials from the region, Monaco and the French Riviera.
Commanded by the Chef Marcel Ravin, Mada One is the great gastronomic destination for any time of day – coffee, bistro and bakery, with dishes that highlight the natural ingredients.
In addition, One Monte-Carlo reserves an area of 1,445 m² for events, tourism and business. There are conference rooms and an incredible art gallery to host major cultural events in the near future.
