Daniela Soto-Innes, voted the World’s Best Woman Chef by the 50 Best Restaurants ranking in 2019, will open a Mexican restaurant at Wynn Las Vegas, a Preferred Hotels & Resorts Legend member, the world’s largest independent luxury hotel brand.
Wynn Las Vegas will expand its gastronomic offer with the new contemporary Mexican restaurant in partnership with Enrique Olvera, Chef and owner of the restaurant Pujol in Mexico City, and entrepreneur Santiago Pérez.
The three names are also behind the acclaimed Cosme and Atla restaurants in New York, as well as Damian, scheduled to open this year in Los Angeles.
Chef Enrique Olvera says: “we are excited to join Las Vegas, a vibrant and exciting city that knows the art of a great party. Our goal is to create a restaurant that embraces the city’s showmanship not only with commemorative food but also in design and environment”.
Offering a new gastronomic concept that blends authentic Mexican flavors with exceptional service and festive atmosphere, the new restaurant will open in the first quarter of 2020 and will be a hotspot in Las Vegas.
