The proposal is to offer a more comfortable and customized experience to guests, who can access the apartments and suites using the smartphone, without the need to contact the Front Desk.
This facility is already available at some Marriott International hotels around the world. Besides the key (Mobile Key), the guest receives notifications about the stay and can communicate directly with the hotel staff.
Mobile Key works like this: the user checks using the App of the brand’s new loyalty program – Marriott Bonvoy. After this step, the virtual key is released, allowing access to the room during the stay.
Also, using the App, it is possible to request Room Service, replacement of towels, early Check-in and late Check-out, and others. Renaissance São Paulo Hotel, voted the best hotel in Brazil to work in 2018 by the Great Place to Work, offers hospitality experiences that run away from the ordinary. The hotel has 444 apartments, including 55 suites and the presidential one with 309m².
