Partnering with Orfeu Cafés Especiais, Chef Felipe Bronze signs a limited edition of coffee with delicate and aromatic notes of paçoca (peanut candy), tangerine leaf and honeycomb.
Microlote Japy by Felipe Bronze is rare and unprecedented, a result of the natural crossing of Red Arabica Catuaí and Yellow Icatu varieties.
According to the world’s most awarded Brazilian coffee brand, no one better than Felipe Bronze for this co-creation, a creative Chef who has intimacy with the fire, taking the beans to the roastier for longer.
Amanda Capucho, CEO at Orfeu, says: “having an award-winning and recognized chef like Felipe Bronze actively participating in the elaboration of a coffee microlote contributes a lot to our mission of giving birth to the Special Coffee Category, which is the highest ranking for coffee quality. He, as well as Orfeu, works a lot with the balance between tradition and avant-garde, between the rescue of roots and innovation, and the result of this partnership is a delicious coffee that surprises the palate”.
Microlote Japy by Felipe Bronze is a special category coffee, grown in the South of Minas, in the Field of Mangueira, Laranjal Farm’s rich volcanic soil.
It is available in ground roasted (R$ 22,90), grains (R$ 22,90) and biodegradable capsules compatible with Nespresso machines (R$ 22,90), as well as a special kit signed by Felipe with two 250g ground roasted coffee packages, and handcrafted ceramic cup with unique design (R$ 119,90).
For the Chef, who runs his award-winning restaurants Oro and Pipo in Rio de Janeiro, as well as TV shows, fire means turning food, and that’s exactly what happens during the roasting process of the coffee beans. Result: a microlote coffee with incredible flavor!
